Banner Punching

Been in Hull this weekend visiting some friends, which was nice.  Only manage to get up there once a year, and since I last saw them they've had a third child so it was lovely to finally meet him :) Spent some time in York on Saturday and did a lot of kid entertaining.  Their older two brought book after book to us for us to read to them - it's a good job my husband and I love kids!  Haha.

Anyway, got a couple of cards to show today on the same sort of theme - banners!  Really wanted to play with my new bakers twine (which I LOVE) and also to find another use for my modern label punch.  My friend inspired me with various projects made with the punch and so thought I'd have a play too!

I made the 'congrats' card for a friend who had just got engaged, and the 'baby' card I made for a parent who I'd done some babysitting for who'd just had a baby :) Hope you like them!  Let me know what you think :)
